My Story - Samantha Nobeebaccus

THE JOURNEY BACK TO MYSELF
Hello, I'm Samantha. I'm a wife, a mother, a woman who is still learning, growing and discovering what it truly means to live authentically. My journey hasn't been about finding all the answers. It's been about learning to listen more deeply to myself, trusting my own voice and rediscovering the parts of me that became lost along the way.

Life has taught me that healing isn't always gentle or straightforward. Sometimes it asks us to face uncomfortable truths, let go of what we've known and find the courage to begin again.

Over time, my connection with nature, Reiki, holistic healing and traditional plant wisdom has helped shape the way I understand myself, the world around me and the support I offer others.
I believe we all deserve to feel safe enough to be ourselves, without judgement, expectation or pressure to become someone we're not. And that belief is at the heart of everything I share today.
Finding my voice
There have been chapters of my life that changed me in ways I could never have imagined.

Experiencing domestic abuse can slowly take away parts of who you are. Your confidence, your sense of worth, your ability to trust your own feelings, and sometimes even your voice. For me, finding my way back wasn't one defining moment. It was a journey of rediscovery. Learning to listen to my own needs, recognising my worth, setting boundaries and understanding that love should never mean losing yourself.

I've learned that strength isn't always about holding everything together. Sometimes it's found in allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, asking for support and finding the courage to choose a different path. Healing hasn't meant erasing my past. It's meant learning to live alongside my experiences without allowing them to define who I am.

And through that journey, I've discovered a deeper compassion for others, particularly those who feel lost, unheard or disconnected from themselves.

Because sometimes, what we need most isn't someone to fix us. It's someone who truly listens.

My own experiences have taught me just how powerful it can be to feel truly seen, heard and understood. I know what it feels like to lose yourself, to question your worth and to wonder how you'll ever find your way forward. I also know the strength it takes to begin again. These experiences have shaped not only who I am, but the way I choose to show up for others.

Through mentoring, emotional support, energy healing, plant work and integration, and women's circles, my intention is to create a space where you can simply be yourself. A space without judgement, expectation or pressure to have everything figured out.
I don't believe I'm here to fix anyone or tell them how to live. I believe in walking alongside people, listening with an open heart and supporting them as they reconnect with their own strength, wisdom and voice.

Because sometimes, all we need is someone to remind us that we are worthy of love, compassion and the opportunity to begin again.
If there's one thing my journey has taught me, it's that our past may shape us, but it doesn't have to define who we become.
With love,

THE PATH TO HEALING
My journey towards healing has taken me down many different paths, each one teaching me something about myself, the world around me and the deeper connections that exist within life.
Through Reiki, holistic therapies, time spent in nature and my growing relationship with traditional plant wisdom, I've learned the importance of slowing down, listening and creating space for ourselves to simply be.

My experiences with the plants have been particularly meaningful. They've invited me to look within, to question what I thought I knew and to approach life with greater humility, patience and respect.

I've come to understand that healing isn't something we can force or rush. It unfolds in its own time, often in ways we least expect.
I remain a student of this journey, continually learning, growing and deepening my understanding of myself and the traditions I've been fortunate enough to encounter.

Today, these experiences influence the way I support others. Not from a place of having all the answers, but from a place of compassion, presence and a genuine belief in each person's capacity for growth. For me, healing isn't about becoming someone else. It's about remembering who we are.
