Service Description

A compassionate, non-judgemental space for those seeking support before or after a traditional plant medicine experience. Preparation and integration are important parts of any personal journey. Whether you're approaching an experience with questions and uncertainty or returning with emotions, insights and reflections, these sessions offer an opportunity to pause, explore and make sense of what has arisen. My approach is grounded in care, cultural respect, personal responsibility and continued learning. Together, we can explore your intentions, emotional wellbeing and the ways your experiences may relate to everyday life. These sessions focus on supportive conversation, reflection and personal integration. They do not involve administering plant medicines or providing medical advice. Sessions are available in person, by telephone or via video call, supporting clients locally and across the UK.
