Service Description

A gentle, nurturing space to pause, rest and reconnect with yourself. Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply in need of a moment of stillness. These sessions offer an opportunity to slow down, step away from everyday demands and make space for relaxation and reflection. Drawing on Reiki, intuitive energy work and sound healing, each session is guided by your individual needs, comfort and preferences. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-off energy-based practice. Sound healing may incorporate singing bowls and calming sounds to support a peaceful, reflective atmosphere. There is no expectation to experience anything in particular. You are welcome to simply rest, be present and receive the session in whatever way feels comfortable for you. What to expect: - A welcoming conversation about your needs and preferences - A personalised session incorporating appropriate energy and sound practices - A calm, supportive environment - Time to gently return and reflect afterwards Sessions are offered in person, with care, respect and attention to your individual boundaries. You don't need any previous experience with Reiki or energy healing. Simply come as you are.
